From October 28th to 30th, Quality Cheese Consulting will be in Oslo, Norway, for the 14th European Farmhouse and Artisan Cheese & Dairy congress.
On Monday the 28th there were visits to different dairies. We visited a cheese farm where cheese is made from cow's milk, goat's milk and sheep's milk.Yesterday, Tuesday the 29th, there were some interesting lectures with the general theme "TASTE". The day ended with a huge European cheese buffet where we could taste cheeses from the participating cheese farms. Delicious!
Today, Wednesday the 30th, we will do a city walk through Oslo and visit some cheese specialty shops.
This is really a top event for artisan cheesemakers and -lovers.
