On a first mission to Rwanda for Exchange vzw, Quality Cheese Consulting (Jan Sysmans) coaches the staff of Ingabo Dairy Ltd to improve the quality of their yoghurt and cheeses.
In addition, the first tests have been started with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and yoghurt with the addition of stevia, some new products for Ingabo Dairy Ltd. The first comments from the test panel were promising. They all really liked these products!
